OOC: Delirium Primer

First there was a Death primer, then came the Dream primer and the next sensible step would be to offer a Delirium primer also.

So if you've ever had a nervous breakdown, been driven insane, suffered from hallucinations, had a fever, seen things that aren't really there, heard voices, suffered from major paranoia, psychosis or any major mental health problems then you're probably one of Delirium's happy little playthings.

Delirium is not likely to remember much about you but if you would like her to know some things about your pups then please comment with their given names and any information about what occured then that would be peachy.

This is of course all optional but if you do wish to participate then *loffs*

There are only two that Delirium would know.

Romana ratherbefred: who actually had delusions IG (if you want, I could link you, if not, that's cool) and probably suffers from PTSD. Her on the Island crazy happened from severe dehydration, and was, one of the worse things that has happened to this formerly immortal girl. She talked about snow and burning and a child doesn't exist and was calm about it. She's probably a bit off additionally as through her life she's been called a god, ruled her people (then had them be killed in front of her), and abandoned in a foreign universe.

Isolde thefairone: (who she thread with Delirium anyways as she lived with Death) went a bit mad when she was 12 years old and her mother died and she nearly drowned. She had a bit of a breakdown, lived in the wild for about two years before being recaptured and married off to the infamous Mark, who later locked her in a tower for a week and probably caused another tiny breakdown. She's better now, but every so often she says the weirdest things, all of which trace back to what's happened to her.

Linkage would be much appreciated, probably due to the nature of the island she won't know island crazies but I'd still like to see how other people deal with the issue of mental health problems.

And Isolde sounds like she would have been a favourite of Delirium's, not so much as Samara but one of the more liked ones.
